The rules for using JobsPilot’s job search, resume, and ATS tools. Please read them carefully.

By accessing or using JobsPilot (also associated with Data Study Guide), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are written in clear language for product users and are not a complete legal opinion.
JobsPilot provides tools to help you draft and refine resumes, review ATS-oriented feedback, discover or track job opportunities, and manage related preparation workflows. Features may change, be limited by plan or availability, or be discontinued as we improve the product.
You agree not to misuse JobsPilot. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to disrupt or probe the service without authorization, scraping or bulk-harvesting data beyond normal product use, uploading unlawful or infringing content, impersonating others, or using the platform to spam, harass, or deceive employers or users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of resumes, profile details, and other content you submit. You grant JobsPilot a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the features you use (including sending content to AI providers for generation or analysis when those features are enabled). You confirm you have the rights to submit the content you upload.
Resume drafts, ATS-oriented suggestions, and similar outputs may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence (including third-party model providers such as OpenAI). AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a specific role. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any content before you use it in applications or elsewhere. JobsPilot does not guarantee that AI output will pass any employer’s ATS or hiring process.
JobsPilot is a preparation and organization tool. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, job placement, salary outcomes, or that any listed opportunity is still open, accurate, or suitable for you. Employment decisions are made solely by employers and by you.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JobsPilot and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (if any) or one hundred U.S. dollars (or local equivalent), except where liability cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest revision. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where allowed by law. If you disagree with updated terms, stop using the service and close your account.
